OSU Bullets

Update from Day 1 of NCAA Championships: seven Cowboys are still wrestling and Daton Fix and Dustin Plott are still fighting for a title.

On paper, with the exception of (injured) Carter Young who was clearly injured, the Cowboys beat who they were supposed to beat and lost to who they were supposed to lose to.

Tipoff time and TV details released for OSU’s Sunday NIT game against Eastern Washington

• Tough to argue with Berry Tramel on the 6’3″ reason why the Pokes didn’t make the tournament:

• OSU signee Brandon Garrison was named Gatorade Player of the Year earlier this week (PFB)

• Congrats to Justice Hill on landing a two-year deal to stay with the Ravens (Twitter)

• This was the craziest finish of the day yesterday – down goes No. 2 seed Arizona:

Non-OSU Bullets

• CBS’ Dennis Dodd had a solid update on Big 12/Pac-12 info yesterday
• Stewart Mandel recently called Gonzaga to the Big 12 ‘inevitable’
