OSU Bullets
• Pokes are ranked in the top-20 of the initial CFP ranking
• Cowboy Punter Tom Hutton has retired from football midseason
• Here’s a rough outline of what OSU needs to do to get back to Arlington:
First things first, OSU will need to win out. That much is simple. With two losses in conference play, the Pokes are in a three-way tie for third place with Texas and Baylor, two teams they’ve already beaten this year. The second thing that needs to happen is for K-State to drop at least one, if not two more games. A loss to Texas this week would force K-State into a four-way tie for second place, that is if Baylor and Oklahoma State win this week as well.

• The Tulsa World still has the Pokes as the third-best team in the Big 12 – Berry Tramel has the Pokes at No. 3 as well, if for no reason other than they’ve beaten all the teams below them
• Betonline.ag has Mike Gundy as the ninth-best odds to become the next head coach at Auburn – 5,000 to 1 odds would be a terrible bet
• Can you imagine the pressure on Gunnar Gundy if he plays on Saturday?
Non-OSU Bullets
• Chick-fil-a in Florida has full-time employees working three-days-a-week
• Pretty good read here on the Upper Room Discourse – a little slow but great insights (faith-based)
