Five-star RB Zachary Evans Makes Oklahoma State Visit
Oklahoma State hosted five-star class of 2020 running back Zachary Evans for an unofficial campus visit on Friday. Evans is the No. 5 overall player in the 2020 class and the No. 1 running back recruit in the country.
He posted to his Twitter account Friday that he had a “great day” in Stillwater and that he “can chase a bag down here,” which I presume means something only Tyron Johnson can interpret.
Evans is a superstar out of Houston’s North Shore with 30 scholarship offers including Oklahoma State, Alabama, LSU, Texas, Texas A&M and many others. He will visit the University of Oklahoma on Saturday during his trip to the Sooner State.
Evans amassed 1,483 rushing yards and 27 touchdowns last season. He is one of four running back targets who has received an offer in the 2020 class, along with OU pledge Jase McClellan, Seth McGowan and D’Aunte Prevost.
