Homecoming Kick Time Announced for Oklahoma State’s Week 9 Matchup with Cincinnati
America’s Greatest Homecoming will be under the lights.
The Cowboys’ homecoming tango with the Bearcats will be under the lights.
Oklahoma State and Cincinnati will kick at 7 p.m. Oct. 28 in Boone Pickens Stadium, and the game will be televised on ESPN2. It’ll be the night cap to America’s Greatest Homecoming.
Big 12 in Week 9 (Oct. 28)
Oklahoma at Kansas — 11 a.m. on FOX
Houston at Kansas State — 11 a.m. on ESPN2
West Virginia at UCF — 11 a.m. on FS1
BYU at Texas — 2:30 p.m. on ABC or ESPN
Iowa State at Baylor — 2:30 p.m. on ESPN+
Cincinnati at Oklahoma State — 7 p.m. on ESPN2
This game will be OSU’s first against a Big 12 newcomer, but it will start a string of four games against the newcomers in five weeks — a stretch that is only interrupted by Bedlam.
The Cowboys and Bearcats have met just three times before this season, and they haven’t met since 1983. OSU beat Cincy 27-17 in 1983 in Cincinnati. Before that, they met in back-to-back seasons in 1958 and 1959, splitting those games where the away team won each meeting.
OSU is 3-1 in evening kicks this season with wins against Central Arkansas, Arizona State and Kansas State and a loss to South Alabama.
Cincinnati has struggled to life in the Power Five thus far. The Bearcats are 2-4 this season and 0-3 in Big 12 play. They host Baylor on Saturday before heading to Stillwater.
