Oklahoma State Offers Three-Star Running Back Ke’Travion Hargrove
OSU is after a shifty back from Louisiana.

Over recent years Oklahoma State’s staff has made a nice pipeline from Louisiana to Stillwater, and the staff is after another player from the Bayou State.
Ke’Travion Hargrove announced an OSU offer Tuesday. Hargrove is a 2021 three-star running back out of Ruston in northern LA. The Cowboys are just Hargrove’s fourth Power Five offer, joining Baylor, Michigan State and Boston College. He also holds offers from SMU, Houston, Louisiana Tech and others.
At Ruston High School last season, Hargrove ran for 1,537 yards and 20 touchdowns on 205 carries. He also had 17 catches for 460 yards and another six scores.
There are three players on OSU’s 2020 roster from Louisiana. The Cowboys also have a commit in 2021 (Kolbe Fields) and 2022 (De’Kelvion Beamon) from Louisiana.
Hargrove is the 13th running back OSU has offered in the 2021 cycle. OSU’s staff will likely take more than one RB in 2021 after not taking one in 2020, and because OSU will lose LD Brown to graduation and Chuba Hubbard (likely) to the NFL Draft after this upcoming season.
Hargrove’s highlights are a fun watch. Things seem to slip into slow motion for him as he navigates through holes in the defense. He is a shifty 5-foot-11, 185 pounds with speed to pull away from guys in the open field.
Hargrove is the type of prospect whose recruitment process will only go up from here, and OSU getting in on him as early as they did could be a big deal come signing day.
