Oklahoma State-Texas Homecoming Slated for 7 p.m. Primetime Kick in Stillwater
Pokes get the Horns on ABC late in October.
Oklahoma State and Texas will kick at 7 p.m. on ABC in Stillwater on Saturday, October 27 for what should be a fascinating Homecoming tilt.
Of course this is the season (of all seasons!) they start playing home games at night on national television.
There are many questions — Who will play QB? Who will show up on defense? Will Gundy cut the mullet? Are the 1988 throwbacks real? How empty will the student section be if that same offense we saw against K-State shows up? — and we’ll get some answers starting at 7 that night.
Here’s a look at OSU’s start times this year.
11 a.m.: 2 games
2:30 p.m.: 2 games
6 p.m.: 1 game
7 p.m.: 3 games
OSU will try to avoid keeping pace with the 2005 OSU team which started 1-6 in Big 12 Conference play. With Texas, Baylor, OU, West Virginia and TCU still to come, Mike Gundy and Co. are staring that number directly between the eyes.
