Top 40 2025 Prospect Sebastian Williams-Adams Visiting Oklahoma State
Steve Lutz has another four-star prospect coming to campus.
Steve Lutz has another big weekend ahead in terms of recruiting upcoming.
Sebastian Williams-Adams, ranked as highly as the No. 39 player in the 2025 class, will be in Stillwater on an official visit. The weekend will also include a visit from Mekhi Ragland, a three-star prospect in the 2025 class. Ragland was supposed to visit a few weeks back but had to reschedule.
A 6-foot-8, 230-pound forward, Williams-Adams included Oklahoma State in his top group back in August, alongside Baylor, SMU, Kansas, Auburn, Texas A&M, Purdue and Vanderbilt. He hails from St. John’s High School in Houston.
ESPN ranks Williams-Adams as the No. 39 player in the 2025 class, and he is a consensus four-star prospect on the major services. 247Sports lists him as the No. 40 player in the class, and he comes in at No. 39 in the 247Sports Composite ranking.
As a high school junior last season, Williams-Adams averaged 21.1 points, 10 rebounds and 4.4 assists a game. He plays on JL3 Elite on the Nike EYBL circuit. At Peach Jam this summer, Williams-Adams averaged 14.6 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists a game. That JL3 Elite squad is sponsored by former Cowboy John Lucas III.
The Cowboys have one commit in their 2025 class in four-star guard Ryan Crotty. Lutz, OSU’s new coach, has been hard at work on the recruiting trail lately, bringing in four-star forward Kareem Stagg (who was AAU teammates with Crotty) and others for visits. As of now, the Cowboys’ one-man class ranks 55th nationally and sixth in the Big 12, per 247Sports. Adding Williams-Adams would bump OSU’s class up to No. 16 nationally, which would be second in the Big 12.
