Have a good weekend
A programming note and a few links to get you through the weekend.
I wanted to let you know I’m taking this weekend off as there’s no golf and no OSU to be consumed [re-introduces self to wife and kids].
The only things that are going to get me to write a post are some sort near-death experience with Gundy or Travis Ford getting fired AND I WILL GLADLY PUSH MY FAMILY TO THE SIDE FOR A FEW DAYS TO WRITE ABOUT TRAVIS FORD GETTING FIRED.
Anyway, I wanted to leave you with a few links to peruse before signing off for a while. Hope you enjoy.
This post from Dan Shanoff on taking back the take has been on my mind for the last 10 days.
I’m planning on reading these two books this weekend (or at least some of them): The Art of Thinking Clearly and The Big Tiny
I also have this on a post-football world queued up.
This is my favorite thing I’ve been listening to lately. If you listen to NPR you know Alex Blumberg — he’s trying to start a company that would produce more podcasts like This American Life. I’m rooting for him.
Finally, a self promotion — if you haven’t read this yet on DGB and letting public perception sway your opinion, I would appreciate it.
Okay, that’s all.
See you on Monday!
