Week 4 in gambling: Bet on the Holiday Bowl jacket

I chalked up last week as successful in picking the Big 12 games, going 7-2. And how about Ashton Lampkin with that pick-6 to put that total at 56 when the over/under was at 55?

I picked the under and that’s why I don’t gamble! (Okay, maybe a $1 parlay here and there for fun).

With the Pokes off this week, we’re not getting into any prop bets, but I selected a handful of games for some of the PFB contributors to pick, as well as a couple guests.

I also had everyone pick Florida State (-20) vs Clemson but when the reigning Heisman winner gets suspended, betting lines seem to be irrelevant.

He’s an idiot for yelling what he did, where he did, but is it worse than stealing? Maybe Florida State has a policy of not suspending Heisman hopefuls for any games with a spread less than 20?

Any guesses on what the OSU-Texas Tech line will be next week?

My guess: Cowboys by 12.5
