Over two seasons at OSU, Harper played in seven games and recorded 10 tackles in a backup role.
A three-star recruit out of high school, he was the No. 47 ranked corner in the country out of Arlington Lamar. He picked OSU out of high school over offers from OU, Stanford, Kansas State, Kansas and many others.
The news that he had been dismissed came just days after OSU also dismissed freshman linebacker Brendan Vaughn from the team after a drug arrest. Vaughn has since joined Cisco College.
