Four-star WR Jameson Williams Names OSU in Top 8 Schools
Four-star 2019 wide receiver Jameson Williams cut his college choices down from 43 (!!) to 8 on Monday, naming Oklahoma State among his final colleges of consideration in a tweet.
Williams also named a big dog list of Alabama, Florida State, Nebraska, Ohio State, Oregon, UCLA and USC among schools who remain in the mix.
The 6-2 standout from Saint Louis, Missouri is among a handful of names OSU is targeting at receiver in the 2019 class, especially as Williams is considered a heavy Ohio State lean at this juncture.
Oklahoma State is also hot on the trail for Garrett Wilson of Lake Travis, in-state star Demariyon Houston, California speedster Sione Vaki (a safety/WR tweener) and Bentonville’s Jadon Jackson.
Williams racked up 1,261 all-purpose yards and 19 touchdowns to lead his team to the second round of the state playoffs last season, and is the state record holder in the 300-meter hurdle with a blazing fast time of 37.28 seconds.
