One of the Cowboys’ in-state targets is set to make his college decision this weekend.

With a fun Spider-Man themed graphic, Broken Arrow’s Bryson Brown announced that he’ll pick a school on Saturday. He didn’t announce a Top X number of schools, but Brown has offers to Oklahoma State, Arkansas, Kansas, Florida State, Miami, Ohio State, Oklahoma and others.

He has announced official visits to Arkansas (May 29-31), Oklahoma State (June 4-6) and Kansas (June 19-21), so those schools would probably be considered the front runners.

Rivals lists Brown as the No. 685 player in the 2027 recruiting class, pinning him as the No. 14 player from Oklahoma and the No. 74 safety in the cycle.

He’s listed at 6-feet, 186 pounds. MaxPreps had stats for eight of Brown’s games from his junior season, tabbing him wit 31 tackles and a tackle for loss while lining up at a more traditional safety spot and at nickel.

New OSU coach Eric Morris seems to be putting a premium on track speed, something Brown provides. Athletic.net credited Brown with a 10.90 100 meters at his regional track meet earlier this month. Brown also boasts a 10.8 time on his X profile.

The Cowboys have seemingly made Brown a priority in the cycle. Not long after Morris got the job, he was posing for a photo alongside the Tiger DB, with Brown sharing this picture on Jan. 21.

Brown announced he was locking in an OSU official visit on March 5. Then on March 7, he was posing for a photo alongside OSU defensive backs coaches Jordan Malone and Julian Wilson.

The Cowboys have one commitment in their 2027 class to this point in quarterback Carson White.
