OSU Bullets
• Why is OSU’s projected win total so low? (PFB)
• ESPN’s FPI gives the Pokes the fourth-easiest schedule in the Power Five while PFF doesn’t have the Pokes in the bottom ten
• If you’re looking for the deepest position group on the Cowboy roster, it’s hard to argue against the receiver room:
Perhaps the deepest room on this team, having nearly 10 guys that are capable of competing in this offense. Obviously, missing four of its top five pass catchers from a year ago hurts, but the room looks good after the additions of transfers in (De’Zhaun) Stribling, (Arland) Bruce and (Leon) Johnson.
(Brennan) Presley should be able to build upon a career year from last year and key pieces like (Jaden) Bray, (Blaine) Green and (Talyn) Shettron return after missing much of 2022 with injuries. If they can show off the chemistry with (Alan) Bowman and the quarterbacks, there is potential for a really strong passing attack in Stillwater.

• One of the pro-Pac-12 voices sounds to be changing his tone a bit on the likelihood of Colorado leaving (Mercury News)
• I’ve got zero taste but this mockup of a gray Cowboy football uniform looks pretty sharp (Twitter)
• Lots of travel in the new league – OSU’s nearly 3,000 mile trip to Orlando put them up there.
Non-OSU Bullets
• Ambiguity and belonging in Oklahoma
• Touching (faith-based) piece here by Tim Challies – “In a Distant Land”
Need to know what % someone is in who does five of those things well:
