• Sounds like some movement coming for the Big 12’s plans – a report is out that coming this month is an announcement that the three American Athletic teams are coming in 2023 as well.

The Big Ten is entering negotiations with TV partners, the Big 12 and Pac 12 will be there waiting to scoop up the partners the Big Ten doesn’t choose.

The @Big12Conference meetings here are including the four new members, and I'm told all 14 have been in the room together and cordial. When there's a topic that refers to the future of the league, @soonerad and @_delconte recuse themselves. New reality.

• 2 weeks!

The NBA Lottery Draft is 2 weeks from today.

OKC could get picks 1 + 2.

OKC could get picks 8 + 14.

Most likely result is 6 + 12.

Odds are 58.4% OKC gets a top 5 pick.

The ping pong balls bounced bad last year but OKC still made chicken salad out of chicken something else.
