Scores

MBB: Pokes 85, Sam Houston St. 70
WBB: Colorado 86, Cowgirls 75

OSU Bullets

• Pokes get an afternoon kickoff for this weekend’s game against Houston (PFB)

• OSU landed the West Coast quarterback they’ve been waiting on for the 2024 class (PFB)

• Former Cowboy offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich was let go by Penn State yesterday 👀 (247 Sports)

• It’s hard to pin down exactly what OSU needs to go it’s way (here’s the Oklahoman with a great piece outlining the details) but here’s the shortest explanation of what to cheer for:

… (Y)ou want Texas to beat ISU and the Cyclones recovering by beating K-State the last week of the season. Or even OU and ISU winning out, but that one still isn’t 100%. If those don’t happen, OSU needs fate on its side.

[PFB]

• Mike Boynton’s squad bounced back in game two and new point guard Javon Small looked the bill (PFB)

• OSU hung in the polls (barely) after losing to UCF (PFB)

• After being added to the roster earlier in the weekend, former Cowboy Matt Ammendola won the game for the Houston Texans yesterday:
