OSU Bullets

Kickoff details released for OSU-K-State – Good news: a night game!, bad news: on ESPN+ ???

• Really cool stuff for non-revenue sports here: Kenny G. landed the 2020 softball player of the year and Daton Fix is headed to the World Championships next month

• This was my favorite line from the Ten Thoughts on the Tulsa-Win Saturday – really epitomizing the Spencer Sanders era:

When Sanders is good, he is great. When he isn’t, it’s tough to watch. To this point consistency has been the issue, and with Boise State next week before a full Big 12 schedule, OSU had better hope he finds that consistency.

This clip included really nailed it too:

Depth chart for the Boise State game was released – tackles are shuffled around
– Here’s what Mike Gundy had to say at his weekly press conference

• OSU could be selling jerseys with players’ names and numbers on them soon (plus more)

The Cowboys and the Big 12 appear to have found a “break in the storm”, a bit of stability after the OU-Texas bombshell. If teams were to be added, I think this is the right suggestion per the TulsaWorld:

“We’re always open to opportunities as they present themselves,” Bowlsby said Friday.

I might file that away at Memphis, South Florida, SMU and Boise State. Just in case.

Leading the country in tackles is the new statistic to watch for OSU Football – replacing any offensive statistic that used to be watched
