Three Thoughts
โข Mike Gundy commented an awful lot about Brett Yormark and the Pac-12 this week in his presser – seems like there’s probably some smoke behind that fire
โข Mason Rudolph has been playing well, making a case as a trade candidate
โข An analytics site did a piece looking at Big Ten expansion candidates – the Pokes aren’t much of a fit academically but when you look at sports… none better than the Fighting Irish.
Still, Notre Dame comes the closest, scoring a 77. Oklahoma State, which has had excellent football results in recent years and has also won lots of championships in sports like wrestling and golf, is next with 65 points, followed by North Carolina (61) and Oregon (60).

Two Quotes
โข Cowgirl Soccer coach Colin Carmichael outlines the way all the OSU coaches probably look at continuing Bedlam:
โFrom our administration, [the future of Bedlam] is gonna be kind of sport-by-sport,โ OSU coach Colin Carmichael said this week. โMy view always on it is Iโll always do whatโs best for our program, whether that affects OU, Texas, A&M, Nebraska left. If we choose to play them, if itโs good for our program, weโll play them. If not, I wonโt lose any sleep over it. From my perspective, itโs about Oklahoma State soccer, and Iโm sure from Coach (Mark) Carrโs perspective, he will do whatโs right for OU. So, if that means playing each other, great.โ

โข Big, if true:
One Question
โข It’s not hard to find a list with Spencer Sanders as the best quarterback in the Big 12 – is there anybody in the league you’d rather have than No. 3?
