Also, is it controversial to say Hideway is better than Joe’s? It might be to say that a non-Stillwater Hideaway is better than Joe’s.

You can see pretty much whatever you want re: Gundy's OSU program at the moment. Two years of regression ain't great, but they fell 3 straight years after 2011, then rebounded.
