It’ll be interesting if the new Big 12 Commissioner can deliver this but I find myself believing he can:

Big 12 Commissioner Brett Yormark said the eventual TV deal it strikes will be an increase: "If you're asking me, is [revenue] going to be flat or down, the answer is it’s going up. It’s going up.” Big 12 currently engaged in early negotiations with current partners ESPN and Fox.
