The Cowboys were on the wrong end of another flip Tuesday night.

Jason Bradford, a four-star cornerback from Temple, Texas, announced that he is now committed to TCU. Bradford had pledged to Oklahoma State on April 21.

Listed at 6-foot-3, 195 pounds, Bradford is the No. 219 player in the country, according to 247Sports, which also lists him as the No. 19 corner in the class and the No. 33 player from the state of Texas. He was the highest-rated commit in OSU’s class, according to 247Sports, an honor that is now held by Jenks running back KD Jones.

Bradford is the second commitment the Cowboys have lost this week after edge rusher Jaylen Stewart flipped from OSU to Illinois. It looks like the Cowboys are also battling to flip a former Kansas commit, as in-state defensive lineman Landen Anderson decommitted from the Jayhawks after visiting Stillwater this past weekend. Recruiting battles everywhere.

The Cowboys still have three defensive backs committed in the class even after Bradford’s flip. Josiah Vilmael, a 6-1, 185-pound speedster from Richmond, Texas, committed to the Cowboys on April 8. Victor Lincoln Jr., a 6-foot, 167-pound corner out of Lancaster, Texas, committed April 28. And Carter Langenderfer, a safety from Owasso, pledged back on April 6.

OSU’s 11-man 2026 class comes in at No. 49 in 247Sports’ team ranking following Bradford’s exit. It ranks eighth in the Big 12 — one spot behind the Horned Frogs.
