The Pokes beat the Sooners in Stillwater tonight moving up into a tie for seventh with the Sooners. It was a big game where the 10,000+ in attendance to a strong second-half run the Sooners couldn’t stop

“Fifty percent of that win goes to our players,” (Mike) Boynton said. “The other 50% goes to our fans. I’ve been in here for a few loud games, passion-filled, this one ranks up here with the best ones. … Our crowd was sensational and really made a difference in us staying the course.”

• Is this OSU’s year to win the Big 12 at baseball?

This offense isn’t just the best in the Big 12 because they may have the best bats in all of college baseball. However, the question of this team will be the pitching as they lost their entire starting rotation from a year ago including All-American Justin Campbell.
