Huge sports night for OSU last night – the Cowgirls are one game away from the Championship Series and the Pokes face Arkansas for a trip to the Super Regionals – all at 6pm.
Scores
Baseball: Cowboys 29, Missouri State 15 and Cowboys 14, Arkansas 10
OSU Bullets
• Cowboy Baseball had one of the most memorable sports weekends in recent history, winning back-to-back elimination games – the Pokes surged back from down 12 in the third inning to beat the Missouri State Bears by 14 runs (scoring 17 runs in three innings!) in a five-hour game, followed by another marathon that saw the Pokes beat the Arkansas Razorbacks in extra innings
Couldn’t agree with this take more.
This one too.
• Cowgirl Softball takes on UT tonight on ESPN at 6pm with a potential trip to the championship series on the line (!)
• Mike Boynton’s Cowboys are headed to the Bahamas for Thanksgiving Week
• Dustin Plott did everything he could to clinch a spot on Team USA – we’ll see how it plays out.
• Not enough words can be written on how fun, entertaining, nerve-wracking yesterday was as a Cowboy Baseball fan, and it’s so fun that it’s not over yet:
Non-OSU Bullets
• With the anniversary of D-Day today, a story about a father who served in WWII and his son
• Big 12 is still on track to replace Bob Bowlsby in July
Watched a WWI movie over the weekend (late to the party) but it was incredible:
