Daily Bullets (Nov. 7): Pokes Exit the Polls, Cowboys and Cowgirls Open the Season Tonight
Thanks for stopping by – here’s your daily dose of Oklahoma State sports news.

At least OU lost this weekend.
OSU Bullets
• OSU exited both the Coaches Poll and the AP Poll for the first time in years
• Cowboy and Cowgirl Basketball open up their season tonight at GIA
• Marshall Scott did a terrific job summarizing (eulogizing) the Cowboys in his ten thoughts piece – couldn’t agree more on the significance of OSU’s offensive line struggles and the wide receiver drops in killing momentum:
If the Cowboys can lose to Kansas by double digits, they can lose to any of those three teams. But somewhere in there has to be that OSU team that beat Texas or the one that beat Baylor or even the one that held on against Central Michigan.
[PFB]
• OSU no longer will have a former All-Star on their bench – Matt Holliday is headed to the pros
• It sounds like James Washington is getting closer to making his Dallas Cowboys’ debut – a few weeks out
Viktor Hovland led at the end of three rounds but lost yesterday at Mayakoba
• Sports are fun – look at the LSU crowd after beating Bama:
Non-OSU Bullets
• Michael Crichton vs. John Grisham’s Ambition Types
• Learning a skill in two months
“Understanding a person’s hunger and responding to it is one of the most potent tools you’ll ever discover for getting through to anyone you meet in business or your personal life.”
