The Cowboys might be looking to take advantage of some instability at another state school.

Class of 2025 cornerback prospect Draden Fullbright on Monday announced he received an offer to play at Oklahoma State. Fullbright decommitted from Tulsa on Sunday following the program firing Kevin Wilson. Since his decommitment, Fullbright has also announced an offer to play at Houston.

Fullbright hails from North Crowley High School in Fort Worth. He’s listed at 5-foot-11, 160 pounds and has an impressive offer list that includes Georgia, Florida State and USC, according to 247Sports. That recruiting service lists Fullbright as the No. 913 player in the 2025 Composite rankings, making him the No. 77 corner in the class and the No. 138 player from the Lone Star State.

Flullbright’s North Crowley Panthers are 12-0 this season and are preparing to play Coppell in the third round of Texas 6A-D1 playoffs this weekend.

The Cowboys have 15 pledges in their 2025 class with the early signing period opening Dec. 4. Those 15 pledges include two players who are expected to play defensive back in Stillwater in Lake Highlands (Texas) safety Ayden Webb and Berkner (Texas) athlete Kobi Foreman. The Cowboys’ class ranks 60th nationally and 13th in the Big 12, according to 247Sports, but if the Pokes were to get Fullbright into the fold, it would bump the Cowboys up a spot ahead of Kansas in the conference rankings.
