These future Cowboys have put pen to paper.

The early signing period is upon us and several of Oklahoma State’s 2020 commits have made it official, turning in their signed letters of intent.

Here’s a quick look at those future Cowboys who have put ink to paper.

Grant Mahon

The first NLI to roll in came from the first defensive lineman to commit to OSU this cycle. Mahon is coming off of a fractured vertebra that caused him to miss his junior season. He played a lot of defensive end for Denton Guyer but projects to play in the interior at the next level.

For more on Mahon, check out PFB’s profile on him from earlier this year.

Cole Thompson

Eli Russ

PFB caught up with Russ this summer about his recruitment and his relationship with OL coach Charlie Dickey.

Quinton Stewart

The only tight end of the group, OSU beat out Kansas State who wanted Stewart for what he could bring on the defensive side of the ball.

Tyren Irby

Irby comes by way of Northwest Mississippi Community College. The three-star defensive end should compete for a role immediately and should add depth with the loss of former DE transfer Mike Scott, an outgoing senior.

Monroe Mills

Mills missed his senior season due to injury but was a sought-after OL prospect that the Cowboys grabbed out of the backyard of Mizzou. Mills had a over 20 offers but chose the Cowboys after a visit to Stillwater, and because of Mike Gundy’s hair.

Brennan Presley

The under-sized but electrifying Presley was one of the most exciting players to come out of Oklahoma this season. He did it all for a dominant Bixby squad but projects as wide receiver for OSU. Just give him the ball and get him into space.

Trent Pullen

Pullen is the Cowboys’ highest rated 2020 commit other than QB Shane Illingworth. The Waco native picked OSU over 14 other offers including LSU, Texas A&M, Arkansas and hometown school Baylor.

Jeff Roberson

Roberson called OSU his dream school when he committed over the likes of Nebraska, Texas Tech and Memphis this past summer.

Cade Bennett

Bennett brings a mean streak to OSU’s offensive line. He told PFB’s Marshall Scott, “You’re not getting in trouble for hurting anyone on the football field. The name of the game is just mauling people as a lineman. I love it.”

Nick Session

In Session, OSU adds welcomed depth at safety. The Cowboys flipped him from a commitment to in-state school Utah State.

Korie Black

Black is a rangy, athletic ballhawk that the Cowboys can mold into a next-level cover man. He held 22 total offers from the likes of Baylor, Colorado, Nebraska and Minnesota.

Rashod Owens

Owens committed to Oklahoma State just the day before the start of the signing period. He’s expected to play receiver but Owens is another versatile athlete that you just need to put in a position to make plays.

Jordan Reagan

A second member of that dominant 13-0 Bixby team signed with OSU on Wednesday. He will be lined up opposite his former and future teammate, Brennan Presley, in the Cowboys secondary.

Matt Polk

The Cowboys plucked Polk from Pac-12 territory despite the Arizona native holding offers from Cal, UCLA, Arizona and others. At 6-4 and with good ball skills and body control, the Cowboys hope to groom Polk into the next Marcell Ateman type. Polk’s father, Raymond Polk played receiver for OSU under Jimmy Johnson and Pat Jones.

Zach Middleton

Middleton is a versatile, two-way playmaker out of Tulsa. He’s listed as a running back from but was a

Mason Cobb

The Cowboys got their man in Cobb. The three-star linebacker committed by way of NLI on Wednesday morning.

Shane Illingworth

The highest-rated commit for the 2020 class is officially in the fold. Take a look at this great write-up Dustin Ragusa put together for the four-star Cali QB.
