Three Thoughts
โข Pokes lose in the regional opener and the Cowgirls drop one to the underdogs that beat OU in round one
With the loss, the Cowboys face elimination Saturday at 3 p.m. CT against the loser of Friday nightโs tilt between Arizona and Grand Canyon. OSU went 2-0-1 against Grand Canyon this season.

These three thoughts on the loss were good.
โข Cowgirls dropped a game to JMU yesterday – and get away from the Sooners in the bracket.
The loss moves the Cowgirls to the other side of the WCWS bracket. OSU will play the winner of Saturdayโs game between Florida State and Arizona at 8:30 p.m. Saturday.

โข All the basketball recruiting updates you can handle – it’s just amazing how many conversations with four-stars Cowboy Basketball is in
Two Quotes
โข Josh Holliday shoots it straight after the loss:
โToday was not our day. We did not put a good game together,โ OSU baseball coach Josh Holliday said.

โข Gary Busey pulling for the Cowgirls:
One Question
โข Will Spencer Sanders have:
– a better season because he’s a year older, has a more experienced offensive line (sans Teven Jenkins), and has his first returning position coach at QB or
– a worse season because Chuba Hubbard, Tylan Wallace, and Dillon Stoner are gone?
Most Viewed of the Week
โข No. 1 OSU Baseball receives a No. 2 seed in Tucson Regional
โข No. 2 Cowboys got past UT into the Big 12 title game
โข No. 3 How Mike Gundy was ahead of college football
โข No. 4 Pokes advance to the Big 12 Semifinals
โข No. 5 Cowboy Golf were the only team below par after three rounds
Non-OSU Bullets
โข Getting things done when you have trouble doing so (loved the notes on the Pomodoro technique)
โข Weakness is the doorway to strength (faith-based, really good)
“There will never be a perfect time to do something that stretches you.
Thatโs true whether you are starting a business, having a child, changing careers, or wrestling with any number of challenges. Thatโs not a license to be reckless and never think things through, but at some point you have to embrace the uncertainty because it is the only path forward.
If you were ready for it, it wouldn’t be growth.”
