Timestamps are provided in the space below and the most up-to-date information will be at the top.

LIVE UPDATES

2:05 p.m. Here is Mike Gundy’s media session from Friday morning:

12:38 p.m. — Here’s The Oklahoman on Gundy and his vaccine thoughts.

“I think it’s a personal preference,” Gundy said. “You know how that is — everybody has an opinion on what they want to do.

“So, we try to educate, well, everybody that’s in the facility and let them make their own choice.”

12:00 p.m. — Interesting observation here. Really liked Thomas coming out of high school. He was a dominant two-way player in Tennessee and has a chance to line up in different spots for the Cowboy D.

10:45 a.m. — Marshall just got out of practice in Stillwater a bit ago. Here are a few of his quick-hitting observations (which he posted first in PFB+ — which you should strongly consider subscribing to so we can continue delivering you great content! There are also great perks like ad-free browsing, PFB+ access to our forums and more.)

  • Caleb Etienne is large
  • Josh Sills shaved his head
  • Blaine Green was switched to No. 28
  • Jaylen Warren has switched to No. 7

10:14 a.m. — Have a feeling we may see this happen a few 50-100 times this season.

10:00 a.m. — You are looking LIVE at OSU football practice from Stillwater, America, courtesy of Marshall Scott, who is taking in today’s activities up close.

9:49 a.m. — I’ve never seen this little toy Joe Bob is wielding here, but holy smokes it is cool (and simple!)

9:45 a.m. — Might be the most important position group right here. Offensive line was so banged up last season it caused so many issues for the rest of the offense. Should be in good hands with better health and Dickey getting a chance to coach ’em up. One of the best coaches in the Big 12.

9:25 a.m. — Look, I don’t want to overreact to one video, but there’s definitely at least one future Heisman Trophy winner in this video, right?! (All joking aside, ball looks pretty crisp coming out of Sanders’ hands.)

9:23 a.m. — Major update: One mullet out but another in.

8:53 a.m. — Big “we’re on to Cincinnati” vibes here from Gundy, though to be fair, he’s probably not lurking in the locker room to get his conference realignment scuttlebutt.

8:43 a.m. — Significant special team news for OSU. Hale suffered a non-contact injury in warmups prior to Bedlam last year. Should slot in again as OSU’s starting field goal kicker.

8:42 a.m. — Ditto on this from Gundy. Jarrard is a really fascinating prospect. Great size (6-foot-3) for a tight end and has really good pass-catching skills. Adds a skill set OSU really doesn’t have at the position right now and coming out of junior college, has experience that will be needed, too.

8:40 a.m. — Mike Gundy says OSU’s football team is over 80% vaccinated. Those that are not vaccinated are required to undergo extensive testing throughout the week and required to wear a mask.
